How does chiropractic content marketing help with SEO?

So SEO is search engine optimization, and that is basically how well your website ranks for the keywords that are of interest to you. So if you’re trying to attract someone with a specific condition or looking for a specific service, you need to have content on your website that talks about that condition or that type of service.

Written Content for Chiropractic Marketing

Now, content marketing, a lot of times people think of video just because most content that is created, I think by chiropractors is video. But your website is going to benefit from written content a lot more than it’s going to benefit from video content.

Now, because YouTube owns or I’m sorry, because Google owns YouTube, your YouTube optimization can play a role in your website’s SEO. But that’s much more complicated than just writing really good content for the website that you have.

That’s the main way that Google is going to decide who shows up first and second and third

and so on. The more that you can create content that as unique to you and be really explains what the person that’s searching wants to know, the more likely Google is to give you that top ranking.

Chiropractic Website Ranking with SEO

If you get the top ranking for, you know, a highly trafficked keyword, then you’re more likely to get more traffic into the website. Because we’re dealing with local audiences, though, the likelihood of any of these individual keywords having a lot of volume outside of chiropractic.

So usually the services have a lot of volume because people have decided they are looking for a chiropractor, they’re looking for a massage therapist, or they’re looking for weight loss or whatever.

Those have a decent amount of volume depending on how big your city is. But when you get into, you know, conditions or types of patients, the volume can be lower.

That doesn’t mean that it’s not important because even if it’s got 20 visitors a month to a shoulder pain keyword that you’re trying to hit, if those 20 people end up on your website and you’ve got a great shoulder pain page and they’re likely to convert and you love dealing with shoulder pain, then that really translates into great patients walking through the door.

Content Creation for Chiropractic Website

So creating content for your website not only helps you with your SEO, but it also helps you convert people once they make it onto the website and people that convert through content on a website tend to walk into the practice much more open to what you have to say than somebody who maybe just clicked on a coupon ad on social media.
